The Lady with an Ermine:

painted by Leonardo da Vinci between 1488 and 1490. It represents the peak of the Milanese period of da Vinci and was commissioned by Ludovico il Moro, then Duke of Milan and one of the most influential personalities of Italy at the time. The fundamental element of La Dama con l'Ermellino is certainly the point of view of the representation, which unhinge the traditional half-bust of three quarters to present a figure in double rotation, with a symmetry between the body, facing left, and the head, turned.
